How to stop myself from over eating????!


Question: On the weekdays, I do not have much to eat. Sometimes on the weekdays I dont even have breakfast or lunch at all. But on weekends I eat (I think) too much. How can I stop myself from doing so?

Don't eat doing any other activities.
e.g. TV, computer, reading, with the radio on.

This distracts you, and it prevents you from feeling the signals in your stomach saying "I'm full".

When you are eating, take a bite of your food, put down your fork and knife, and chew your food about 20 times, savour it.
Pay attention to your bodys signals, you will be able to tell when you are full faster.

Try eating with your eyes closed or with a blindfold.
It will help you be more in tune with the stomachs signals off fullness.

Eat regularaly. If you aren't consistently feeding your body, you WILL overeat. The goal is to never let yourself get overstuffed or starving. Eat regular, healthy, meals everyday.

Watch two girls one cup...and whenever you want to stop eating...just remember the video.

I doubt your over-eating at all.
And if you think you are just eat healthier foods and you won't get fat or anything

Keep telling youself you will look fat

eat a piece of gum or brush your teeth.

Stop eating all White food.
