Honestly, you'd probably plateau at 100lbs. And any smaller that that would be boney! So, plan to lose about 20lbs.

Seriously that is a extremely low # of calories

Your wght and hgt match up great so I wouldn't worry about losing wgt.

You consuming such a low amount of calories while your body is trying to grow may be hazardous to your health. Maybe you should try throwing in some grilled chicken somewhere so you get plenty of protein. I think if you are not consuming any sodas then you should be able to loose weight with the workout plan you have. Just please be careful so that you do not over work your body.

Also from reading your question I do not see anywhere you will gain any weight.

But also realize that muscle actually weighs more than fat.

no use..the weight will come back once u eat as normal again..u cant eat like tis 4 d rest of ur life..

this doet am going to give you really does work so plese be careful with it as it can do more harm then good if you want to lose weight so just use it to lose what you want then stop as its a very fast working diet.

good luck :)

SALTINA CRACKERS ARE TUC OR RITZ.

Ok, what your talking about doing is REALLY dangerous.

First, you're perfect weight as it is, you really do not need to lose any more.

Second. You body NEEDS calories to function properly, starving yourself will not make you healthy, on a long enough timeline (which as small as you already are it won't be very long) it will make your body begin to shut down and you will die. (look up Karen Carpenter) you body should be taking in around 2,000 to 2,500 calories aday normally. With a proper amount of exercise, and if the calories your intaking are healthy (not McDonalds) then you should maintain the weight your at and be healthy. A HEALTHY diet is cutting your caloric intake to around 1500 or even 1200 depending on hoiw much you weigh. However, anything below 1000 calories a day is unhealthy and will end up doing more damage to your body than good.

Even if YOU were to drop down to a 1500 a day diet, your body would lose weight and it would be safe enough to not cause lasting damage. Not that you need to diet anyway.

I'm not trying to lecture you, but I am trying to scare you a little bit. So I want to tell you a story about a girl that came into my clinic once.
Part of my job when I was stationed in Oceana VA was to give counseling...mostly psychological counseling, but sometimes that comes hand in hand with dietary and physical counseling as well. So, we got a girl that came into our clinic because she was sick..she was about 15, 5'3'' and about 90lbs. they refered her to my department for a counseling session. I sat down to talk to her and found out she was really insecure abot her body and she felt she needed to be thinner to fit in. She was pretty unwilling to tell me the whole story, but I only did get to talk to her the one time...So about three weeks later, I was on duty and working the night shift at the ER when we got a call from the VA Beach EMT. They were bringing in a 15-16 year old girl who was unconscious and non-responsive to simulus. So we called up the on-call doctors and got prep'd for her arrival. When she got there, it was the same girl I had just talked to. and her body was shutting down. the doc's did everything they could for her, but after about 12 hours, she died. her death weight was 84lbs. Then we had to do an investigation on what happened... I was not part of the actually investigation, but I did hear the results. Apparently her father was out on deployment in Afghanistan and she and her mom were alone. Her friends at school always told her she was kinda chubby and that she needed to "slim down" which put the idea in her head...then on top of that, her mom, who was some kinda pagent queen when she was a kid, basically supported her friends and said she could use to lose a few pounds...so she basically starved herself to death....
this is why whenever I get the chance to tell someone NOT to do what your thinking, I take it...

I hope I have helped you
