Iron absorption issues - how do you stay healthy, just with diet?!
Question: What if you're a vegetarian?
Would i need supplements all the time?
(I eat meat now only as a way to prevent anemia, but it hasn't been working for me lately).

I am not really familiar with iron deficiency anemia, but I think you need to get extra iron to compensate your lack of iron absorption.
Foods that are high in Iron: Red meats, fish, poultry, shellfish, eggs, legumes, green leafy vegetables, dried fruit.
If your a vegetarian then as you can see above, you could green leafy vegetables and legumes. You could have whole wheat bread with peanut butter and salad. I don't think you would need to take iron supplements all the time if you intake healthy high iron foods.
I hope I helped some; good luck.
