I am about 5'6 and I am 13. Any advices for growing taller?!

Well I was short and I played basketball, its true, basketball does make you taller, and I was shorter then my friends but now i'm way taller.

you are very tall for a girl your age i would say...

not to be sexist but i think only guys need to worry about their height, unless your really competitively playing a sport that rely on height.

Also many guys dislike the idea of dating tall girls... so it might be an good thing to be a little shorter... in case the guy you fall in love with is shorter

You don't want to be tall. Tall girls don't get guys.

I am 6'2 and trust me....i have a great deal of problems to deal with.....you might grow another inch or two, but i think thats the perfect hight for a girl, so don't worry....

be happy with the hight u are :) im older then u but im also shorter :) and also if ur friends are taller then u and they say somthing just tell them that short ppl are way cooler then tall ones and if they fall over they dont have as far 2 fall :P (just wat i say 2 my friends) and yeah u are tall 4 ur age so yeah :D c,yah xo

IF YOU ARE 13 I WOULDNT FOCUS ON YOUR HEIGHT, YOU STILL HAVE YEARS TO GROW AHEAD OF YOU. YOUR FOCUS NEEDS TO BE ON EXERCISE AND EATING RIGHT - THAT EMPOWERS YOUR BODY TO BE ITS BEST THAT IT CAN BE.

eat vegetable and play basketball, but you are not short and i think you better except yourself and love yourself as the way you are then you will see the result.

You can actually gain around a half inch if you start a stretching programs. It will literally elongate your spine. Also at age 13 you are not fully grown yet, just be patient.
