How can I lose about 8-10lbs. before mid june?!

Drop your calorie intake by 500 per day (mostly high-carb foods such as cake, candy, cookies, sugar, bread, pasta, rice), and get in more aerobic/cardio exercise (and this can be done inside the home with a little imagination). If you drop the calorie intake, and add 500 calories of exercise, you'll lose 2 lb a week.

I'm also vegetarian. Keep up the water and cut out breaded food. Like noodles and other breads that make you feel weighed down. If you do this right, You'll loose 8-10 pounds before May

Ok, this works, believe me. Eat when you want, whenever you want. But, heres the thing: chew slowly and throughly. Your taste buds get sick of the food after a while, so you loose your apetitie, and you ennd up eating less. Exersize is great, too! One thing you can do is go swimming. If you don't go outside, then you can always get the kids disracted and get one of those exercize balls and do some crunchs or something helpful to your body. I hope I helped!

I haven't done it yet, but I plan to sign up and become a member of the "Body By Glamour" Plan. I'm not sure if they have vegetarian meal plans, but they have progress trackers, meal plans, excercise plans, etc...It says you lose 8 lbs. a month if you stick to it! Good Luck!

I heard that if you drink ten glasses of water rather than eight a day you will loose weight. My aunt tried it with results & it also creates a healthier feeling all around.
