Question: i exericise about once a week... i also eat lot's of sugary and carbs but im very skinny can you help get fatter healthily and organically..

The sugar is raising your energy levels to a false high which in turn raises your metabolism, so you are not giving your body what it needs to grow.
Sugar can also trigger diabetes, complex carbs are also turned to sugar by your body, so you are getting a double whammy.
Eat whole grain rice, whole grain pasta and lots of greens.

lucky you. Try eating more vegetables and healthy carbs such as brown rice.

i would say stay slim cos slim is just as beautiful as curvy but i understand if you not happy

try eating wholemeal pasta or brown rice with meals, they are healthy and have lots of healthy carbohydrate calories
