I need help losing weight...?!


Question: I've been working out with "The Biggest Loser Cardio Max" DVD for a week. So far I haven't lost any weight. I'm really starting to get down on myself. Can anyone tell me what I should eat and what else I can do to lose weight? I want to lose it the healthy way, only about 2-3 pounds a week.

dont feel down

exercising takes time to show effects

here is what i do:
1. drink water
2. eat veggies and fruits
3. eat more lean meat
4. jogging every other day for three miles a day
=) or thirty mins

make sure you watch your diet
cut off greasy stuff
no more fried food
no more fast food (much much much healthier for you in the long run)
and if you can stand, then dont sit
if you can sit, dont lie down
if you can jog then dont walk

those are the basic concepts

remember, depends on how much you weigh now, if you over overweight, like severely overweight, then it's faster and easier to show resuilts

however if you are within the weight range for your height, then it's harder b/c there wont be much to lose ya know

well make sure to eat healthy
and trick yourself into eating less
like
if you make cookies then before you cook them cut them in half, that way when you eat them .. you eat 2 but you are really only eating one.

and drink water before you eat. it makes you fuller

just genereally eat healthy
it helps alot

but dont not eat
its not healthy
and it really doesnt help you lose weight

when your hungry you are losing weight....dont be taken by the rubbish diets....shut your mouth for a couple of days a week and you will lose weight

I have been doing the same thing! But I've seen a HUGE decrease in my weight! :) I am on weight watchers, it works so well! i really encourage you to join a weight program like that if you ca afford it. I used to try to lose weight and was so frusterated, bec ause I was gaining! But I know how to eat right now, and it's awesome! I've lost 30 pounds! If you can't afford it (10 a week) then just eat whatever you want, as long as it doesn't go over 1200 calories a day

Look up on the internet CAPOEIRA it helped me eat alot and still stay skinny, but i have pretty high metabalism so that help also, but before i started capoeira i wasn't so skinny-normal
