Is it really bad..? HELP!?!


Question: Ok so im ona 1,000 cal a day diet and today i had..veggies, special k, nutrigrain bar, and yogurt....but then i had 4 peices of sweet n sour chicken (small), one oreo, two prezels (mini ones) and two sun chips...and a kiwi...will this make me gain??

I tihnk you'll be ok! :) You can always feel if you ate too much, and since you are on here asking, you probably do feel it. By the way, I feel EXACTLY the same at he moment! SO go on a 30 min walk/jog tonight, and you will feel, and the scale will look much better!

1) Calm down.
2) You sound anorexic counting calories and specific foods like that. (I would know; I was.)
3) That doesn't sound like a healthy diet to me.

You are way too parinoid

The first thing is that you shouldn't nickle and dime your diet. Denying yourself everyday pleasures makes it impossible to lose weight. You seem to be very good at moderation with only one oreo and so on. I don't think you can expect a bigger number.

you dont need to eat less
just stay away from McDonalds, Burger king, ect.
only eat junk food every once in a while
and exersize regularly

Why would it? Thats got to be a hardcore diet because I eat more in an hour. Lol I am fat. Good luck keeping that up!

No, and if it did, it would not even amount to anything. Remember that you need to have enough calories to burn. Make sure you are eating enough.

Dont worry you seem to being eating really healthy it wont hurt you. if you keep talking like this eveybody is gonna think your anerxrix

Eating a little meat and candy is totally fine. Its not going to make you gain 50lbs

Listen, I almost became a registered dietitian and let me tell you diets don't work. The body when dieting becomes super energy efficient and goes into starvation mode. The body thinks it's starving and when you get off of your diet and eat normal it starts to store calories and the effect will be that not only will you gain your weight back but you'll gain back more. The best way to lose weight is to permanently change your lifestyle by eating sensibly and raising your metabolism through aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Meaning cardio along with weights plus a sensible eating routine will help you in the long run.
