Is there easy quick way 2 get a 6pac?!

Question: How to get a Six Pack

This is a guide on how to get a six pack.
First off, you have to know that nutrition and cardio are just as important as abdominal exercises.
A visible six pack is the perfect mixture of big ab-muscles and a low body fat percentage.
So even if you have huge abdominals, nobody will be able to count the packs if there is too much fat on your belly.
And if your muscles are very flat, you will have to burn even more fat until the fibrous bands between your packs will become visible.
A person with 12 percent body fat can have a nice, visible six pack if his abdominal muscles are big enough,
but the same person would probably just look fat if he had very flat, thin abs.
At the end its your personal mixture. ( of course most women dont want big, muscular waist )
However, just keep in mind that the more abdominal muscle mass you have, the less belly fat you have to burn to make your six pack visible.

haha 1st answer says its about grog

mate i think he is talking about getting a 6 pack as in muscles

a planned system is best
start with 50 sit ups in 3 sets each day then once its easy jack it up 20 sit ups each time it gets easy, eventually you'll be doing 150 sit ups each time or something

that will work
may not be a fast way but it will work
there is no way to cheat muscles
even with steriods u still need to work out

hope this helps :)

well try some crunches and sit ups. there is no 'quick way' to get a six pack.

quick way is to get operated. ur surgeon will put some stone inside and there u go stone hard six pac

Hey Scotland Rocks,

There is no "Quick Fix" or pill you can take to get abs.

You have to change your lifestyle. It really isn't that hard.

Instead of focusing on ab workouts focus on full body high intensity interval training. I got into this because I found http://www.TruthAboutAbsBlog.com and bought the $39 program this site recommends.

I was 5 3' 164 lbs and so far I have lost 34 lbs of fat and gained 9 lbs of muscle. I accomplished all this thanks to the great workout and diet plan found inside this book. I am looking better than I have in years but I wasn't focusing on just my stomach area. I focused on what would drive down my body fat % and my stomach melted of naturally.
I think you should try this program. It's a really good investment in yourself.

Hope that helps

Jessica

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it's a detox colon cleanse). Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://news.google.co.il/news/url?sa=T&c... , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!
