Serious Question: Does excercise make you poo more?!
Question: I know this sounds funny, but I've been needing the toilet allot recently and my Mum thinks it's because I started excercising (20 minutes jogging every other day) a few weeks ago.
Apparantly it improves your digestive system. Is this true?

yh it does but pooing is a gd thing becoz u feel relieved at it drops your weight down. ur doing a gd thing by running alot but try to run more often and abit longer IF U CAN.
you can increase your chances ov pooing more by intaking alot ov fibre
in the end ur doing gd keep it up!!

I think this i true. it's pretty weird, but when I jump rope regularly it makes me go n.2 more often.
I think your mom's right. On the Goddess Work-out Bellydancing dvd, the instructor says that bellydancing improves your digestion because it massages your inner organs. Plus, I also found that I poo more (and easier) after exercising than when I go days without doing it.
Absolutely, all exercise, even walking can get things moving. Exercise causes the peristalsis, the movement in the intestines, to work faster and more effectively. It also helps in removing gas. Rememer, the waste is toxic and loaded with bacteria, you want to get it out of you....another great value of exercise!
