Why does my stomach hurt a little while after I eat?!

Question: Even though I do not overeat, (I tend to eat 4 meals a day, about 500 cals each) my stomach tends to hurt and sometimes I even get heartburn about an hour or so after I eat. Why does that happen? I am 17 years old, male, 5 '10, 136 lbs by the way and I have come off a strict diet about a month ago.

IT IS TOTALLY NORMAl. That happens to me too, but it is normal. Nothing is wrong, it is just what happens after meals sometimes.

your body is not used to this extra good food
its used to the gross healthy food =D

When you eat really clean and then attempt to eat junk, it will cause acid reflex and such. Be very careful as you re-intrduce less than healthful food back into your diet. Your body does not remember how to process all the crap that comes along with pre-packed food and such. Same thing happens often to people who have not eated red meat for a period of time. The first few times it is very hard to digest.
Try some antacids like tums or alkaseltzer; that should help calm down the acid.
