Question: Okay I have a bubble butt and i'm not fat i have a 23 inch waist and I have a 38'' butt .but my booty is the only thing i'm really selfconscience about especially in swimsuits and I was wondering if there is anyway to decrease the size and tone it up.i've done exercises but they just make my butt bigger! please help me!!!

why would you want to get rid of it? there's no real way of getting rid of it either, i've tried, i was really really self conscience about it. but apperantly guys like it for some weird reason. all i could tell u to do is squats, but that'll make it firmer an probably bigger. Its like trying to get rid of all you arm fat by lifting weights, muscle is gonna replace the fat. it wont look bad, but there really wont be a significant amount of reduction, just more muscle
