Do you have to jog to lose weight?!

no, walking is one of the best ways to lose weight! if you walk 30 minutes a day at a good speed you should see results

i cant jog because i have patella femoral syndrome.
its this thing where my knee caps move if i do extreme activity on it.
i have a gym membership.
and i use an eliptical 40 minutes a day 6 times a week.
im losing weight and my fat body mass percentage is going down.
jogging is not the only option.

NO-although jogging can amp up the metabolism in many cases, not everyone can, or should, jog. Just sensible cutting back on the goodies and increased walking can show lots of results. I use a pedometer and try to exceed the 10,000 as regularly as I can. You will find out what works best for you. Handweights and resistance bands are great for toning too.
