Which is better for losing fat/weight?!


Question: Ok I am not going on a diet and I want to know which is better for losing fat/weight.Trampolining or Running? If so tell me how much to do of what and how I can lose weight/fat.Also could I lose 'bingo wings' by doing cardio or running or whatever? Thanks.

Try both for variation and I think you'll burn more fat through running but trampolining uses and thus tones different muscles. Aerobics and pilates help to tone muscles, and I use free weights to control my bingo wings!

Just join a local gym, go once or twice a week (enough to get your money work)

Go for a run (if theres a beach near you, then thats best)
Or
Go swimming

Any form of excercise is good, as long as you lose your breath whilst doing it

I would say running. This keeps your heart rate up (constantly) whereas trampolining is more of a stop and go exercise (although it is a lot of fun).
The best thing to do is to lift weights (to develop muscle) and to run to lose the fat. I would recommend running 20 to 30 minutes a day, but take it slow. Don't over do it, this can make you light headed and don't expect immediate results. It takes time.

Running burn off more fat so you will loose wheight faster . the faster you run the more you burn off also same the longer and more times aweek you run. But stick to a healthy diet otherwise its pointless

Whichever you enjoy more because you'll end up working out more often.

That's the seldom discussed magic bullet. Find a form of strenous exercise you enjoy doing. If you end up not liking either of those very much, try martial arts, if not that, try rock climbing, etc.

losing fat just extrise 1-2 hours a day and eat like 1,300-1,400 calories just run,arobics,carido,jmp roping,and go outside more often.

You say you are not going on a "diet" but want to lose weight. The simple fact is that if you take in (eat) more calories than you burn, you will gain weight in the form of fat. If you expend more calories than you take in you will burn fat.

A "heart healthy" way of eating (not a specific diet, but a permanent lifestyle change), including limiting saturated fat, processed foods, etc. and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, combined with ongoing physical activity, is your best bet.

The body should get a combination of cardio workout (to get your heart rate up to the right zone for your age and goals) and strength training for overall fitness.

What you do today in the form of exercise and eating will affect your health years down the road. Health needs to be a life-long endeavor and commitment!

the tramp i used to have 1 and my legs were really fit and strong but i would also try running or walking when you go walking try comfy shoes and ankle weights...also drink nothing but water by not drink soda you will not gain the weight from it and without getting all that sugar from it your face will be clear......and if you start running and your sore dont just stop thats a good thing once you start running everyday you wont be sore anymore...also try lifting weights muscles burn off cals without doing anything.....hope this helps
