P90X. Has anybody achieved great results from P90X without following the nutriti!
Question: I am following the routine less the diet, I am far from being unhealthy (eat regular small meals throughout the day - with the occasional weekend alcohol binge), and have already seen much change in my physical appearance. I am 5'6" and now 148lbs (in my 3rd week of the program - my goal is approx 140lbs). My question is, has anybody achieved great results from P90X without following the nutrition program?

The P90X program is really designed to give max. results with following the meal plans.
I will say however (hate to admit it since I am a Team Beachbody Coach) :) I did get great results without following the meal plan. I did change what I ate a bit but really did not focus too much on it. I was able to lose about 18 pounds of fat and gain a lot of strength and flexibility.
I started not being able to do many pushups and now I can hang in with the video and even dot he decline pushups. I also saw great progress from week to week in the amount of weight I used and the reps I was able to accomplish.
Really the workout side of the program will get you fit and healthy building lean muscle and gaining strength etc. The meal plan will let it show on the outside! :)

can't help with your question, but I really wanted to do this program! Can't afford the videos right now though, do you know of anyplace to get them for cheaper? it seems like an amazing work out!
