You shouldn't force food down, as that can seriously injure you. You should try and build the amount of food you eat up, until you become more accustomed to eating more calories. Like gradually add more calories/ more food. Try to make these calories carbs like bread and pasta.

If that isn't working, think about why you want to eat more. is your body unhealthily underweight?
has a doctor mentioned something?
do friends or parents worry about your wight?
are you having trouble moving throughout the day?
if you answered no mostly, i'm sure it's just your body changing; you are in fact 12, and your whole body is developing. just let your body do the work.

if you answered mostly yes, then you should go to a doctor because there might be something wrong with your body, or your digestion.

Hope this helps!

Eat small amounts more often. Don't fill up your plate, but carry things with you so you can graze all day long.

Try to incorporate more high-calorie but healthy foods, such as peanut butter, nuts, etc., into your diet. Also, if you can, eat more often, and that way you won't feel stuffed, which might be a reason you feel sick after eating. Hope that helps! :)

Eat the same amount of food, but eat foods that are calorie-dense like peanut butter sandwiches on whole grain bread, pasta with olive oil and nuts, dried fruit and nuts, cheese, avocados, etc.

i would drink a lot of liquids.
because your body will get sick of all the liquids, digest them along with your food and then you will become hungry again and quicker.

well you could eat more junk food that has more calories but dont force your self to eat if you do that could lead to digesting problems so be carful the only reasone i said junk food is becouse children love candy pocorn and stuff like that you could try it but remember DONT FORCE YOURSELF TO EAT

ensure milkshakes 1 can ensure 2 scoops french vanilla icecream!

eat healthy and exercise! that's all...and you will get to your HEALTHY weight..what ever it is

Ignore maeagle...she is a silly little anorexic girl who seems to like telling others they are too fat or eat too much.

I suggest you gradually and slowly increase what you eat at meals, so that you do not overwhelm your stomach. Also, try to avoid drinking too much before meals as fluids will fill you up. Getting a little exercise might sound insane if you wish to gain weight, but it will increase your appetite.

And as others have said, have snacks...small but regular snacks throughout the day.

Eat small meals throughout the day. It's not good to eat until you're stuffed anyway, so if you eat smaller meals more often, you will consume more calories without feeling like you're stuffing yourself to the point of being uncomfortable.

It's pretty refreshing to hear a young girl actually say that she would like to eat MORE and not less. More power to ya. :)
