I need to eat more calories! But my belly refuses! 10 points to best answer!?!

Question: I'm 12 years old and 115 pounds. I want to eat atleast 2500 calories a day and I only eat like 1000 calories a day. If I even eat a plate of food I'm feel sick and my belly will refuse to eat it. What should I do? I wanna eat more! Please tell me how I can eat more without feeling sick! Do you think I should just stuff myself so my belly gets big which means my inside stomach gets bigger that way I can eat more without feeling sick. 10 points will be given to the best answer.

I think your problem is that you go from small or whatever portion your used to, to BIG ones. This isn't good and will stretch out your stomach- maybe thats what you want, but it will have bad side effects. Okay let's say that you eat 3 oz of chicken normally. Tomorrow, eat 4 oz. Gradually go up, I'm almost positive this will help! Give your stomach and your whole body some time to get used to this. Good luck.

Stuffing yourself is a abd idea. You might get sick and your stomach may become damaged from trying to stretch it.

Try to increase your calorie intake by 200-300 cals per day. It should be a small enough amount to slowly build up your intake without making you feel sick.

Good lcuk!

I don't think more FOOD is the answer. My mother used to drink milkshakes with raw eggs beaten up and put in them. I don't know what this accomplished but she did seem to gain weight drinking them.

You already asked this once in the last hour!! how many answers do you need??
