How to figure out what you need to do with your body?!


Question: I'm unhappy with my current weight and the way I look. I've been stressed and I've gotten thicker. It just seems like everything got a little bit bigger.

I don't want to gain muscle, I just want to lose weight in general and to slim down my tummy and thighs.

I have muscular calves from dancing in High School, I dislike them, how do I slim them down?

What're some good exercises to burn FAT and NOT TO GAIN MUSCLE?

do a lots of cardio exercises and some light weights not to get muscle but rather just to tone it and will make you look better and healthy looking..watch also some foods you eat and consumed, drink a lot of water and avoid soda and sweets. good luck!! look good and feel better.

Lots of walking should do the trick.

cut down the calories you eat, and drink LOTS of water.

eat less move more

One of the best fat burning exercises is swimming.

u need to loose weight by walking and eating properly not exercise.

cardio is the best way, but honestly, if you do something like a day of cardio followed by a day of light weights your metabolism will sky rocket, even tho you dont want to me muscular, the toning will help. at your gym see if there is a class like group power or something that combines both cardio and weights and it really helps. good luck!

try running in a treadmill for 20mins... with a speed of 3.0 and above...try to put a lil more pressure in it....

after 5mins. ure gonna be sweating like ur in a bathhouse....

and in the first 10mins ur body is trying to cope up with it so ur heart beats a lot faster...

the next 10 mins ure gonna be burnin some heavy fats..

About anything you do to lose fat is going to gain muscle, at least in your legs. You will have to use your legs. I have muscular calves too. I have never been able to slim them down. I wouldn't worry about that though. There's nothing wrong with it. I have heard that you must gain muscle in order to lose fat. The muscle replaces the fat in your body and plus, muscle burns fat.

i am always slim and pretty. My secret is : SKIP DINNER. eat 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) a day !
