Looking for any typical chest workouts (mostly push-ups).?!


Question: Well i want to work on my chest muscles, and for the past few weeks i ve been doing 10 of each (going to keep increasing reps as i go): under shoulder, wide arm, and diamond push ups. Other Suggestions? Do any of these work better than others for chest muscles? Thanks ahead of time!

for chest youd want to use weights but if you are stuck doing pushups then its good to do close grip, wide grip and regular, also you can incline your feet up to work your upper chest. try filling a backpack with a bunch of books put it on tighten it up and do pushups. or you could get someone to sit on you while you do it, or use elastic bands.
