It works great. I finished the 1st week from the workout plan they give you and friends and family are already saying I'm looking bigger.
It takes pressure off you're joints, but also making pushups harder(giving you a better workout)
Don't listen to the idiots that say it's no better than regular pushups. They've never tried it before.
If anything. It keeps you very motivated.
What's a perfect pushup??
Look at the thing with a critical eye. Have they explained what a perfect pushup is???...... and how this machine creates that perfect situation???
