Help! I need to loose some weight.?!


Question: Ok, so I need to loose about 4-6 pounds by the end of May. I mainly need to loose a bit of fat around my tummy and from my thighs. What exercise should I be doing in order to acheive this? And how long/many times a day? Thanks in advance x

Go to the gym at least 6 days a week.
You have to do cardio if you want to achieve that i think and eat right. to burn of fat around stomach mix cardio wit abs exercises. So warm up (cardio) for like 10min, 50%HR then do supersets of abb exercises like crunches followed by reverse crunches and hanging knee raises then cardio again for 2min at 65-75%HR do same abb exer again then 2min cardio at 70-85%HR abb again and finally Cardio warm down for bout 10-15min jogging.
IF its to easy go longer cardio or more sets/reps abs.

That is only at the gym afternoon. Early Mornin do long distance running wit jumper and trackys, if cant do gym in mornin and running evening.

Eat right to lose weight round da stomach/ thighs means, eat heeps of almonds but not to much, 2hand fulls a day max. Eat no fatty foods of course, but food consisting mainly of Mono/poly unsaturated fat is great. Ohh yea most importantly eat at least 6 times daily this mean small portions. like small cereal bowl for breaky, mornin snack banana almond, lunch vegies, tuna, brown rice, afternoon almonds, fruit shake, dinner sweat potato, chicken breast, vegie. Bedtime skim milk. Try eating less carbs to and bit more protien.

I hope you get that. But there are other ways, thats just the way i would do it. lol. cardio is a bit of a pain in the a**. Good luck

drink nothing but water
eat your veggies and fruits
eat everything in moderation

go on the treadmill or go for a jog at least 3 days a week for at least 20 minutes
do some crunches and situps to tone your stomach up
if you get the Seventeen magazine, they have great ways in each issue to tone your body up!

eating healthy food
slack down on sweets.
go for jogs.
maybe dance around? lol

Eat healthy and exercise,reduce calorie intake.Exercise as much as you can,eat fruits and vegatbles,drink LOTS of water. Do a combanation of cardio+strength training,whether that be sit ups or weight lifting.Make up a plan for yourself,have fun while doing it :)
