Keeping my mind off food?!


Question: Ok, I'm SO hungry right now. I havent eaten anything in 4 days and I've been exercising loads. I'm so hungry, and I want to eat so bad, but I know I can't, not after all my hard work. How can I take my mind off food and not give in to temptation. I almost ate last night, but thankfully I didn't. I don't want food inside me, and I don't want to eat anything, I just want these pains and coldness to go away. How? Help?

Starving yourself is very unhealthy your body is probably experiencing shock and you needs to intake something ASAP. Are you trying to lose weight? you cannot shock your body like this when you are hungry have small snacks 2-3 snacks with 3 meals like rice cakes, a fruit or a cheese stick. I lost 20 pounds this the beginning of this year but the healthy way, exercise is good eat half the portions you normally eat and you are bound to lose the weight let me know if you need more tips....please eat when you starve your body starts storing all your food and making it into fat since your body thinks you will not feed it.
