To maintain my chest and arm size how many days should i do bench and curls etc.!

Question: Maintaining is a tricky thing...you want to space out your workouts, but not have too much space between them.
When you do a heavy set of lifting, your muscles actually tear (and that's why they're sore the next day). Then they develop scar tissue when they start to heal. The key is to get back to the gym before the scar tissue completely heals - you actually want to re-tear the muscle and then let it heal...that's what leads to growth.
So, 5-6 times is a bit too much. Lift Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at the most. Take an extra day off in between if you need. On the off days, do cardio or work a different muscle group.
Cheers!

shoot for about twice a week to maintain ideally evenly spaced... for example monday and thursday or tuesday and friday... etc etc etc...
