It all sounds good and healthy, but wow girl eat more. That's not a lot at all. You won't gain but yeah you might lose some...not sure if it's a healthy way of losing it neither but it depends on your body. Everybody's body is different. I eat a hell lot and some on your list too but I don't gain too much. I've got fast metabolism :)

That sounds like a very good diet, keep up the good work and u'll suceed! ;) Good Luck! x

Ok before I start just let me tell you, your BMI is within the healthy range. There is nothing wrong with your weight at all.

Please listen to me:
It is this simple
5 breads/cereals
4 vegetables
3 fruits
2 dairy
1 meat or meat products daily.
30 mins of exercise 3 times a week
Stick to that and maintain the beautiful body you already have!

I'll give you the real answer. It depends on your body, and only your body. For example, I ate:

Breakfast: A bunch of vegetables in a tortilla.

Snack #1: Quarter pound of meatloaf

Lunch: Large roastbeef sandwich

Snack #2: 300 calorie protein bar

Dinner: Quarter pound of pot roast, half a loaf of french bread, and 2 cups of pasta.

Snack #3: Another 300 calorie protein bar.

I lost 1/4 pound for the day.

in terms of caloric intake and the fact that you are young... no that is not enough. look at a food pyramid. im not saying you should eat everything on the pyramid, but just get an idea

its alright but u wont loose weight because u ate the lollipops
try not eating them otherwise if u relly feel like munching then eat granola bars(the oreo flavour tastes awesome)

If you want to lose 5 pounds you have to be getting the proper nutrition from the food you are eating. The list you provided is very small and your intake on calories seems very low which is not healthy. Your metabalism is going to go into shock and your body will lose the weight but the healthy way and you might gain it back later. Work out and eat healthy but with enough calories so your body doesnt go into shock.

that sounds good
but you should eat more
i know you wanna lose weight
but skipping meals actually makes you gain weight
so you should eat more
sounds like today you had a few snacks not meals

you sound ok to me..snack on green tea,raw almonds and drieg figs to keep your energy levels high...best of luck

Losing 5 pounds for you is just insane.

Your diet is just flat out unhealthy and you will not lose weight but you will lose your health little by little day by day.

By the way, every time you post a question about health and food, you mention lollies!! What's up with that?

Kick back with the lollies! They are definitely no good for you.

I did not hear one glass of water in your day!

Do u drink water?
