No eating after 7pm?!
Question: Im trying to lose weight but i cant do this no etaing after 7pm due to the fact i dont go to bed till around 3am thats 9 hours without food..will i still gain if i eat after 7

Not eating for that long is the best way to gain weight. Your body will go into starvation mode and start storing any food you give it as fat and your metabolism will slow down. I would have a solid meal about 4 hours before you go to bed and then a liquid meal a couple hours afterwards. If you don't like protein shakes or don't have any powder on hand, 4 oz's of cottage cheese would work as well. The protein in there is a slow metabolizing one and should help to feed your body through your sleep.
depends what you eat. i try to go for a healthy snack no more then 200 calories.
but if you are keeping active then eating a big meal is ok. do you work late hours?
Yes you can eat after 7pm. You can eat up until you fall asleep. The reason people say to do this is that it stops you from intaking more calories. So if you have food later in the day, make sure you don't go over your calorie limit.
rule of thumb is DO NOT EAT THREE HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO bed
