Just don't think about your weight, keep eating and when you get back to a normal weight for yiour height, you will start to feel better physically.

The emotional side of any eating disorder takes longer to sort out so you have to be strong and beat your eating disorder.

Remember that it is all in your mind.

If you are still underweight, you are clearly not fat so try to think of your weight gain in terms of making yourself look and feel better.

I used to suffer from eating disorders and still do to a certain extent, to this day I still find it hard to eat in front of other people as I feel that I look fat to them and shouldn't be eating so it makes me feel like I need to be sick afterwards in order to combat whatever weight I have put on, but I fight this feeling, just like you have to try to do now.

Psychological illnesses never go away, not really. You have to keep fighting the urge not to eat, to not be sick after eating etc and get yourself out there and order the most fattening thing you can just to get over that hurdle.

Just remember that although it may feel like you'll never feel normal again right now, you are normal and you must reach that target weight in order to be healthy and give yourself the life you deserve.

You must eat healthily, we all must but a fatty meal every now and then isn't going to make you balloon up like you may feel it will (it's how i feel when people see me eat).

Rely on your support network to help you through, whether they be your family, friends, gf/bf, group, whatever. They will help as much as they can and you will go on to lead a normal life.

Anyway, I could go on all day here but the main thing is, what you should do now is talk to someone in your support network about how you are feeling now, but most importantly, EAT! Look in the mirror every day and find something you like about yourself and focus on that, buy clothes to suit your new figure and show yourself off, especially when you reach your target weight. Everyone will be so proud of your achievement when you get there so go make them proud!!!

try to ignore it stay away from the mirror it will take a long time former anorexic

keep an eye on what you are eating, try to stick to fruits and veggies for the most part. go walking for a little while or a jog if you are in the mood, get the heart rate up a little bit and you should feel better...hope that helps

you need to change your mindset. you KNOW you are still underweight, so always keep that in mind. you absolutely cannot be fat if you are underweight. you won't even be fat if you are 10lbs overweight! you might want to see a counselor about this.

Anorexia is something that is too hard to battle on your own. I was anorexic and still have anorexic tendencies but the best thing I did, was seek help. You have to learn to love who you are inside and out. It's a lifetime battle I won't lie. Please seek the help you need. It's perfectly ok to admit it. You've admitted you have a problem now address it. I hope you get better!

Instea d of asking a load of internet strangers ask someone you know for this sort of thing. Like your parents, or your friends.

seek supportive group counseling as soon as you can

Seriously, congrats u have made the first step. it is not easy at all. but u shud be so positive that u have the power to change it . If u were anorexic u should have got a lot of counselling and help for it as you cant just deal and get over it.

there are a lot of bad health problems assocaited with being underweight
infertility
osteoporosis, fractures, broken hips and bones, hunched over posture.
dry, aged skin
hair falling out
depression
low energy and mood.

nobody can convince u that u are not fat, but u do realise that u are underweight. do u want to be happy, healthy, and be able to lead a normal, free and happy life? u have got to really try to fight the anorexia, but get lots of support from friends family and healht professionals please! good luck!
