jumping rope is actually really good for a flat tummy
also,do some crunches.lay on ur back then bring one knee up to ur lower tummy and go up a little on ur back so ur left knee and ur right elbow r almost touching then repeat on other side.leave on each side for a count of 3 seconds then go faster if ur comfortable.but start out by holding it for atleast 10 times on each side and finish up that way

a lot of cardio

Eat less. Fat is fat. Exercise makes muscles bigger. It doesn't spot reduce. Your body stores fat based on your genetic blueprint.

fastest relief you can get by walking daily a minimum of 3 kms.
regularly take a glass of milk before going to bed.

Cardio will help to lose the extra weight that is on your body. Sit ups won't get rid of the fat there, but they will tone up your stomach. Try running/jogging either on a treadmill or outside for about a half hour - an hour each day. After a few months you should see a difference. Also eat more healthy foods that don't contain a lot of calories and fat. Good luck!

What you are asking is technically called spot reduction. That is losing weight in only one part of your body.

Few expert would say that you can target a pert of your body to lose weight. Let me explain....

Weight loss is like emptying a swimming pool the last part to fill up will be the first part to empty. Remember when filling the pool the deep end started filling up. Then the shallow end also started filling up just as the deep end got more filled up.

When you are draining, you first see the floor of the shallow end, then the deep end.

The body releases the body fat that was deposited last faster tan it does the "old fat".

So how does this relate to your situation...

There are exactly no specific weight loss exercises to target tummy fat (sorry to bust your bubble), the idea is to get an effective "fat loss" not i said fat loss not weight loss strategy. When applying it you will lose fat and tummy fat with time will go too.

If you allow me i suggest two good programs you can consider..
