just exersize and eat healthy

you gotta train yourself to not eat bad stuff. seriously, no diets or anything. just don't eat fattening, fried things, ever. after a few weeks you won't even crave it anymore and you'll be hot for life.

Exercise is the key.Start by walking,build yourself up to a few miles a day to start.Do push-ups to build up arms and upper body. Start slow and as you progress build yourself up from there.

First of all you are very brave to ask a question like this. I was an over weight teen as well. If your parents will listen then approach them and perhaps they will help you by changing the groceries they buy to help you eat less. If the eating and excersice does not work then perhaps a doctor may be able to help. Diets in general do not work because they are hard to stick to. You have to make healthier decisions about what you eat. Instead of a cheese burger from MCDONALDS choose a salad. Instead of Ice cream with junk in it choose vanilla. Only eat what is recommended for the serving. You are young and if you dedicate yourself to losing a couple extra pounds then it will just fall off. DO NOT put yourself down though. We are all beautiful in GODS eyes. Do not try being someone that you are not either.
