Im going to try this for a week (my own invention) do u think its going to work?!


Question: well my BMR is 2523

1- wholegrain cereal bar (100)
2 - banana
3 - apple
4 - low fat yogurt
5 - big salad

im going to be burning around 700 calories 2moro and my bmr is for when im exercising so anyways how much will i lose if i keep this up for a week

im only doing this for a week so plz no one tell me its unhealthy .. its not all that unhealthy with the foods, just the quantities, and i might have some almonds during the day .... thnx

Yes you'll lose weight probably about 5lbs in a week but when you start eating normally again the weight will all go back on and more. When you dont eat much, your body stores anything you do eat as fat. Plus your metabolism will slow down so again when you eat normally again your body wont burn off as much as it used too. Just try and eat 5 small meals every 3 hours and do some exercise everyday. Hope this helps.

If you BMR is really 2523, you will lose weight but your brain is going to throw the starvation signal and slow your BMR down. How much? It's all genetics at that point. You can try it, but unless you are an experienced body builder that knows exactly what they're doing, I'd stay away from this type of dieting.

I've often wondered about these wacky drinks, I mean who thinks wheat grass is good? Let's see, I played football in high school and took a tackle and my face dug into the grass mouth open, hmmmm yummy gimmie some more...

I'm saying whip up something that nobody has thought of like a Catfish, Bees Wax, Tree Bark with grass clippings smoothie... Wait don't do that, I'm going to submit this to Jamba Juice...
