i am 16 years old 5'7" and about 155 lbs.
i do want to gain muscle but not to get really really buff!

If you are weightlifting, go for 1 - 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. In your case aim, at the middle for 194g per day.

Keep the carb/protein/fat ratio at 50/30/20.

You will only get really, really buff if you workout with that exact intention, so I wouldn't worry about that part.
