Hi Mate,

I was in EXACTLY the same position as you 6 months ago. Same measurements exactly. Now I am 175lbs and in good shape. Admittedly I used creatine to get me there, but here me out-
Carbs- eat plenty of complex carbs like grain breads, durham wheat pasta, rolled oats muesli
Protein- lots of red meat, and a protein shake once a day, and one additional one after a work out
Creatine- I used creax X3 by Maxx's which is not just creatine monohydrate- it has 2 other types in there which better get into the Krebs Cycle. Why is this important? Because the Krebs Cycle is responsible for delivering energy to your muscles (in the form of Creatine Phosphate). Taken 30mins before a work out, this gives you that burst energy that allows you to get the extra reps in- that's what builds the muscle, not the creatine. Creatine Monohydrate also causes the body to retain water, hence why they say to load it (not a good idea). this means that CM on its own will just add water, not muscle to your body and when you get off it after a few months, the weight drops off.

Anyway, 4 sessions of high weight, low Rep (8) gym sessions and eating like above will get you there. And when you're at the gym- don't chat, pump iron!

I got most of my information from http://www.alfitness.com.au, heaps of good stuff on there about weight management too.

All the best

Carbs - PAsta rice etc yummo stuff!!

Put on a lot of clothes.

steroids

Everyday a glass of dates milk shake , really helps adding up!

Go on a diet, lose 10 pounds, go back to eating normally, gain back 12-15 pounds. Continue doing this until you are at the weight you want to be. The greater the crash diet, the more likely you are to gain excess weight.

aiight bro, if you eat all you want and dont gain weight then you have a fast metabolism. Same as me, i can eat what ever the hell i want and when ever the hell i want. I used to be 130lb until i started working out, but not to "loose" weight...to "gain" weight. Ive been working out about 2-3 times a week, 2hrs each day. I weigh 160lb now. Its a good thing that you are staying away from creatine and steroids. You dont need none of that s***. All you gotta do bro, is eat a lot of carbs like the guy already said. Rice is good. I always have a simple protein shake after every workout. Whey protein that has 20-30g of protein is perfect. You will grow muscle without taking harmful chemicals. Remember it is extremely hard to gain 20lb of muscle if thats what you are trying to do. But nothing is impossible. Get in the habit of working out 3 times a week, 2 hrs each day. Get some proteins to help rebuild the muscle and you should be set in a few months. good luck

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://news.google.pt/news/url?sa=T&ct=u... where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at
http://news.google.de/news/url?sa=T&ct=u... , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
