If i stop eating & drink 10 glasses of water a day....?!


Question: FOR A WEEK, how much weight will i lose?
please dont say "oh thats not healthy!" ive done it before but just for 3 days & i lost about 5 lbs & ive since kept the weight off....
so any help?

i hate it too when they tell me its not healthy or your regain it, and blablabla, just leave me do my own freakn diet alone!!! ive done it once and i lost helll weight. i think in a week u could lose about 8 pounds or even more, depends on the body,. but to help more, drink two glasses of green tea instead of two glasses of water, each day, if you got dizzy, drink coffee, its rlly good. coz without sugar, it increases metabolism, gives u some energy and help u lose weight faster and more. i think you should eat somthing though, like a cucember or somthing, something with reallly litlle calories, thats coz it increases metabolism and helps u lose weight, but its up to u.... also if you have the nergy exersize...
if u wanted to eat, also eat some strawberries, for me, they helped alot...

but can't you just eat vegetables or something and drink water for a week?

if youve done it before and it's worked... then why would you need to ask us? I say you will gain 7 lbs.

I don't wanna to lose my weight that no to eat anything. I should believe that I can't have eat anything but I can't drink the water. I have a practice that I should have more than 10 glasses of water.

Yeah...that's not healthy. If anything, you should just drink nothing but water and have nothing to eat. But going without both is just dumb. Sorry. Consult a nutritionist.

I don't know, it's not a recognised diet - but I would suggest adding fruit and vegetables (celery, carrots, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes - all water-based) just to maintain your fibre and vitamin levels or you'll get sick if you do it for a whole week.

well your just starving yourself there buddy and yea u might loose the weight but not the right way to do it.....u have to exersize and eat healthy!!

Don't stop eating . It is because your body needs energy. Plan a healthy diet if you wanted to lose your weight. Try to eat fruits and vegetables instead of meat or any food contained high carbohydrate.

Our body really need food. Human body needs food to generate energy. All the daily activities need energy such as working, talking or even sleeping. Therefore, eat plenty of food, as long you have eat small amount of healthy food, so that you can restore your energy for tomorrow.

For a week without eating, i think you know the answer.
