I think the pinch test works the best not the digital - the digital isn't accurate.

You'll know!

if u are gaining lean mass,, which means you see your legs, arms, chest, etc gaining more muscle... if u are gaining fat, you will see more loose fatty tissue, like your stomach swelling out, more water retention...

bones, you will just look thicker...

buy a bodyfat caliper from gnc and practice with it, measure once a week first thing in the morning
