Can someone please tell me how to lose about 1 stone in 2 weeks?!

Avoid eat fat. Take more vegetable and fruit. Eat cereal and rice. take 2 - 3 times meat and dairy product in a week. Drink 2.5 litre perday. Avoid any medication and drug. Rest and sleep enough and well. 6 - 7 hours perday. Eat as much as you want. Exercise by jogging for at least 15 minutes perday. Active more to burn fats. If you need to drink, prefer to drink plain water than else. Don't take alcohol. Take less sugar and salt. No MSG or preserved canned foods. Outdoor activities is the best. Be happy and less sad.

Your knowledge of male psychology is sadly lacking, to be honest.

It's not about the wight you are to imrpess a guy. If he goes for looks then he's not the one for you. It's Personality.

There is no way that is possible. If losing weight was that easy then there would be no such thing as obesity.

Eat less and run a couple of miles each day. It is possible- it has been done!

1 stone......thats 14 pounds? Impossible to lose that in 2 weeks. At most you should be able to lose about 5-6 pounds, but it be more healthy to lose 2 pounds per week.

There's a diet called "The Russain Fat Burning Diet". I tried it once and it is fantastic, the only problem is Wind..

What you eat is homemade veg soup for 1 week and then tinned tomatoes the next week. Its not recommended to use this diet for more than 2 weeks at a time, but if you want to loose weight fast it works.

For the soup use -

1 small green cabbage
1 small potato
2 sticks celery
5 carrots
1 veg stock cube

No bread allowed with the soup.

The after 1 week, you eat tomato's on toast for Dinner and Tea.

Stop eating! try the cambridge diet- predominantly fluid based- makes your skin glow too- wouldn't recommend it long term though-

You should cut out wheat - it really works for me and I lost a stone in 2 weeks! I was eating an apple and yogurt for breakfast, 2 ryvita with various toppings for lunch and then had meats and salad in the evening - it really worked!! Good luck xx

If you really want to do it, here's how. Get a strong garden fork and go down to your local allotment. Tell anyone you see that you will dig over their plot for free. Do that for 6 hours a day. You should lose more than 1 stone a week. Guaranteed to work or your stone back.

It's all about diet, exercise, and mindset. Stick to raw or steamed vegetables as far as solids. Too much boiled vegetables means decreased nutritional values. Carrots and Celery are a good start, and keep in mind that celery has negative net calories to it (it takes more calories to digest than it contains). Stay away from potatoes, breads, dairies, and most meats. Get about 2-5 miles walking/jogging/running in. Also, try to not get stressed about too much, stress can inhibit weight loss.

By the way, if yer not 'in to' exercise...I lost 30 lbs in 3 months merely eating on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays & two(2) 40 minute hikes Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ('no eats' days)
The Doctor merely warns to drink plenty of water all the time. {I substitute beer very often!} Even he is impressed with my results & blood presure!

im on duromine tablets at the moment, and in the past week ive lost 3.5kgs..i think thats roughly 7pounds..

its an appetite suppressant, throughout th day i am seriouslt not hungry at all... i only eat dinner because i dont wanna starve completely, i need some energy- and i take multi vitamins as well, because i know im not eating properly..
