What does a side ache mean?!

Question: You know when you run for long distances and your body isn't used to it, you get side aches? When I get them they aren't exactly on my side, I feel them more in my abs. So..what does that mean..is it like a cramp in your muscles?

Oh usually is a stitch or something. You can run it off as they say but if it hurts dont carry on running either slower your pace or stop until it goes. I find putting your arms up in the air helps too although it looks a bit weird. Make sure your not eating before you go on a run too as you probably already know.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
