I hate myself because I'm so fat?!


Question: I hate my body, and then I hate myself for hating my body, if that makes sense. I'm 5'8" and I weigh 147. 2 weeks ago I weighed 160, so I've lost weight, but I can't see any change. I havent eaten a thing in 1 week 3 days, but for about 3/4 days before that I ate little but not much. I just want to curle up and die. I'm fat, ugly, nobody would ever love me. I know I sound like I'm just feeling sorry for myself, but it's true.
I fainted today and people nearly found out, so I just told them I missed breakfast.
But it's so hard not to eat. I hate myself. I don't want to do this anymore, but I have to to be thin. I know about starvation mode but the thought of eating makes me want to be sick. Help? What can I do? I just need some inspirational adivce to get me to my goal weight.

It is unhealthy for you to not eat! The best way to lose weight is by eating right and exercising. If you don't eat your body keeps storing all of your fat because it needs it. So contrary to popular belief not eating does not help you lose weight. You need to make sure you eat a healthy breakfast and work out!! Exercising also makes you feel less depressed and you have more energy throughout the day. I used to be really overweight and I got on a diet and exercise plan and it made all the difference in the world. You also might want to see a doctor if you are fainting. That is a big sign that you are not being healthy.

their are more important things in life than body image

PLease please don't be anorexic!!! this is an addiction that can turn ugly really fast!!!
Its gonna be hard but if you believein yourself and tell yourself everyday that you are beautiful and you can do it then it will help tremendously!!
get a buddy that your really close to you and tell them how you feel and you can get thru this!!!
Work out together and have healthy lunches together, it will give you inspiration.
I really do hope you get thru this, I believe in you!!!
