Help with toning up my arms, thighs and tummy??!


Question: i need to know sum good excersis that will rally tone up my arms and thighs.???
also how could i tone up my tummy?

arms- use light weights to do tricep kickback and bicep curls....cuz you don't want to look too bulky

thighs-squats and lunges. Vary it by using weights and medicine ball. Also you can do walking lunges instead of doing in place. Do squats using the medicine ball against the wall. Kicks are good for your thighs and butt. Running is good for the thighs. Sprinting is good for the butts.

Tummy-lots of crunches! do 200-500 crunches a day. Vary it by using medicine ball. Do pilates. Do core secrets. PLANKS are sooooo good too!

pilates!as well as cardio will help like running and walking or bikeridin and swimming
try weights and do yoga

all of these will help
