1)

Eat healthy & Live longer. :)

I would eat a healthy balance of both, eating what i like to eat, while keeping me alive.

Eat healthy and live longer.

how 'bout comfort foods n live longer.... =).....health food stinks, and it's soooooooo expensive!

I LOVE EATING HEALTHY VEGES ROCKK
SERIOUSLY I LOVE VEGTABLES AND FRUITS YUMMY!
so um. eat healty live long =]

pssh first one which is how I'm living my life....don't want to be old that is ******* hell everyday.

eat junk food, and die young. Because, when you get old, you don't look forward to staying alive an extra 5 years.

no guarantee either way healthy foods like spinach salmon beef etc are often contaminated.

The first one. I'd like to go out fat and happy. And full!

When your number's up, the rides over. Enjoy the hotdog.

I believe the correct answer is...eat healthy and live longer for $1,0000 Alex. However, the mind is willing, but the body is weak or vis versa...

Eat healthy and live longer, for goodness sakes!!

Rather eat healthy..for a number of reasons.:
1) I want to look good
2) I want to be able to feel good/awake/full of energy
3) I want to be able to enjoy life ..for example, biking, swimming, roller blading, rock climbing, playing sports
4) i want to see my children grow up

and the list goes on and on. I would always choose to live a healthier happier life.

2) Eat healthy and live longer.

you can eat healthy and exercise right, live a long and happy life and still indulge occasionally. Try to find healthy food that also tastes good so you don't have to choose as often. I personally love tofu and fish from asian cuisine.

Eat junk food in moderation making it taste better if not used everyday. Same goes for all the other bad things including smoking and drinking. As long as it's used in moderation, you will live a long, and happy life.

well, I have eaten healthy so long that I don't care really anything about junk food anymore...but even so, it is not really a promise that I will live any longer than people who eat junk..but at least I am thin..so, for me it is just the question would I rather live my life as a thin person or fat...I just enjoy life more being thin and these are the foods I need to eat to be able to do that...however, my health has been good. :) I have Aunt's that lived to be over 100 and they ate biscuits and butter with honey, and beans cooked in fat back...cakes...macaroni and cheese...(laughing!)

I really don't want to live to be 100. I want to be fairly healthy and incredibly happy. I want to enjoy meals with my good friends and a really great slice of cake now and then. I want to toast a toast to them (and I don't mean whole wheat and bran). I want to laugh and play and die while I am still able to recognize the folks I love. I think the skinny, uptight life is way sicker than a slice of pizza and a beer with a best friend.

I am not sure it matters what you eat unless you have something like Diabetes. I think a lot of it is genetic.
My grandmother ate junk food every day and smoked for 50 years. She lived to be 94!
I have known people who ate well, exercised and died young.
I would only want to live to be old if I felt good and had money to live on.

I watched some ants crawl into a cup of sweet coffee today. They went to the edge and then couldn't resist the sweetness and drowned. We all pick our poisons and everyone has a weakness of some kind. Some of our bad habits are more easily hidden than others. Fat is easily seen, but bulimia is often hidden. Both are big problems of our culture. Everyone wants to be healthy but we often go for the momentary pleasure.

i would eat junk and then take vitamin supplements and work out for 45 mins. That way i get all the vitamins and also enjoy life

eat healthy, because the junk can lead you to other problems that may or may not be passed on 2 kids.
besides it everyone will be sad if you die earlier if you could of lived longer

It's not just about how long you live but about the quality of the life that you do have. I can imagine a life where I eat junk and comfort foods would be one where I was always fatigued, always tired. I'd probably be fatter, and then I'd be ashamed of how I looked and insecure about myself. I might feel like nobody would ever love me. I wouldn't be able to go out and do athletic sports.

Whereas, a longer life with a trim body that I'm confident in, one that allows me to have fun with lots of energy without getting horribly ill from heart disease (no. 1 killer), sounds like a MUCH better deal.

As I am a Celiac with additional dairy, nut, soy, and all preservative severe allergies ~ eating anything containing or that has even come in contact with any of these (and many more) things can potentially be fatal: bread, pasta, oats, chocolate, iodine, barley, wheat, milk & soymilk, butter, cheese, cereal, red meat, fish, diet sodas, alcohol as well as all products such as shampoos and soaps that contain any of these.
Believe me, I miss pizza, chocolate, ice cream, and eating at restaurants in general. But I have had two experiences in which I was actually clinicaly 'dead', and I don't even hesitate with my answer of choosing the very restricted but healthy diet I have and LIVING longer! There's too much joy in life to cut it short.
