How can I tone up and improve my flexibility?!


Question: Stretching is always good for flexibility, I hear yoga and pilates are good, maybe try those? I have not personally tried yoga or pilates...but it never hurts to try them I hear lol, stretching is great for flexibility for sure, I usually spend about 30 minutes a day stretching even if I am not doing any other exercise, plus it just makes you feel good all over!
