I want to loose 7 lb?!


Question: Im nearly 15 (15 1st of may (: ) and I want to lose 7lb to get me down to 100lb. Dont tell me 100lb too light cause I know, Im light anyway. How should I lose it?
Im light but I CANNOT lose weight, its annoying.

eat not more than 1200 calories a day. try fresh fruit, juice, vegetables. avoid potato, coconut, banana, beef, prawn or pork.

are you doing any workout? do you exercise? you can try this.


it is a 70-75 min workout plan.

7-10min= stretching

15-20min= fly,Biceps Curl, Triceps Curl, Forward Arm Raise
(all these=30 repetations)

20-25min=Basic Crunch, Reverse Curl, Full Crunch, Squats, Rear Leg Lifts
(all these=30 repetations)

30min= yoga (try 6-8 postures, DO NOT forget to do the Corpse Pose after every pose)

doing yoga after 30 mins of walking or after any workout is really very very effective for loosing weight.

if you are very busy and dont have much time to spend 75-80 min for working out then go for a 30min of walking and then do yoga. it works really very fast.

i have lost 4.4 pounds in 14 days by following this work out plan.

I hope no one helps you to damage your heatlh even further. Why is 100 pounds so important to you? You already know you are too thin. Get yourself some help in dealing with your body image. Good luck and take care of yourself in a REAL way.

I can tell from your question that you already know you shouldn't be trying to lose weight. At your age you can do lasting damage. If you exercise and develop a healthy muscular body you won't worry about the numbers on the scale.
Please find someone to help you with these issues now so that you don't struggle with this into adulthood. Talk to a counselor or your parents if you can.

WEll you might think it will be easy but what i think will happen is that you will not loose 7lb but you will gain weight cuz when you exercise you gain muscle and we all should know that muscle is heaver then fat so it will seem as if it is you are not loosing weight but really what is happing is that you are getting more "tone"

So with that in mind if you do what to get more tone that this should help

1. give your self an amout of calories you can eat in one day.
I give my self 1200 calories a day like most poeple do

2. Run a mile a day or as much as you can but don't push your self to hard , you might end up not being able to work out cuz you worked your legs to hard

3. I dont know what i saved this for last, EAT RIGHT not eat any deep fryed foods or red meat dont drink soda dont eat chips (to many calories not enough food) eat as much food as you can (dont go over board cuz if you eat to much fruit it will not be fun for the toilet)
