Pleaae help.....huge stomach for a not-so-huge fellow?!


Question: Im 17 years old male. My weight is 67 kg but its just my stomach thats causng that problem.My tummy is big and out and looks like pregnant woman.My butt is a little big too.The rest of me is thin.I have to push my stomach in inoder to hide that it looks so big.

Any diet plans?exercises?for a 17 year old male 67 kg guy.Most people tell me that its fine,u aint overweight etc...but its my tummy,really hideos like pregnant woman.I want it to be flat!!!!!!pls helpppp

It looks like you want to lose some fat. Best way to do that would be through diet and exercise. You need to cut down about 500 calories on average a day (either in your diet or through exercise or both). Aerobic exercise is an absolute must (about 30 mins a day should be good) and it would help to do a few anerobic exercises such as crunches that target specific areas of your body.

I find that diet in itself could help you lose a lot of weight, especially if your current diet is high in sugars and unhealthy fats. Eat a full breakfast with fruit, oatmeal (or other high fibre, low sugar cereal) and skim milk. Try to limit the rest of your meals to lean meats, fish, fruits and veggies. Some fruits and vegetables pack in a lot of calories so stay away from bananas, mangoes, dried fruits and potatoes for the time being. Make sure you get enough protein as well.

stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!

my whole idea of losing weight is to do it in a way that you enjoy. believe me you can, i didn't think you could but I have changed. I've lost over 40 lbs and am going for 40 some more.

1. find the abdominal exercises. Go to a library and find them do at least 50 motions every day in the set of five start slowly with total of 2 motions in each type then increase it. Time permitting add motions or increase the sets to 10. Make sure to rotate them also. They may be on Internet also.
2. For other parts go stair cases, 50 to 100 a day any steps will do, go up and down, facing same way. Going up only is to be counted, find one with hand rails or by the "Stair Master".

What is the reason for being over weight?

This is also simple, have doctor check you out for any physical or hormonal abnormalities. The doctor should be advising you of your ideal weight even though you have already figured out the ideal weight and you are seen a doctor because your weight is not where it should be according to BMI.

Every one uses calories at all time. There may be some exceptions to this rule, for most of us; the rate of use, even when we are resting, we use 65 calories per hour minimum. This comes to1560 calories per day. The actual range is between 65 and 100 calories per hour. This is consistent with heart rate of 60 to 80 bits per minute.

Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories.

4.Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight.

Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories.
Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.
Exercise the muscles you want to develop, you can find right exercise on line, recommend use of light weights.

Foot note: To take fat is so important, while reducing even fat, that it is included in all cases. How is the gas normally formed?

Gas is formed during all stages of digesting process, in all parts of the system.

There are enzymes, acids and bacteria....... they break down what we take in, solid or liquid or gases (if you are a smoker some smoke will end up in the system).

This process of breaking down produces gases. The gasses come out through upper or lower exists depending on where they are formed if all valves are performing.

The problem happens when;
1. There is over production.
2. Malfunction mainly of various valves in the systems.
