I have gained a bit of weight..?!


Question: I don't know how much I've gained but I'm guessing it's 1 or 2kgs.. you can't tell but I just tried putting on a pair of jeans and i nearly couldn't button it.

What are some of the small things that can help me shed off this weight and another 1 or 2 kgs and keep it off. What are some exercise routines that will focus on my stomach and thighs that won't take up much time?

if you did about 100/200 crunches
everyday that would help your midsection.
If you don't have that much time, do them in
sets of 50 4x a day. It should only take about
2/3 mins. if that. Also for the thighs I'm trying this
new thing,I'm not sure what it's called but you
laydown on your side and lift one leg up 25x
and switch and do the other leg. It takes about
the same times as it does to do the crunches.

It's also good for the butt!!

I think with a good nutrition , fruit , vegetables and fried fish and of course exercise , gym, abdo , stretching , good training you will be fit for summertime on the beach or swimmingpool !!!!
