South Beach and slim fast intense cardio and weight training?!


Question: Okay i have a wedding to go to in June and I need to lose about 25-30 lbs. i started south beach and i have lost 2.3 lbs thus far in two days. i do ALOT of HIIT and other intensive cardio:running, spin class. weights for about an hour 5 x a week. I normally drink a slimfast shake which has about 24 carbs and 17 sugars. i am in phase one of the SBD i know cardio gives you the "pep" in your step so to speak but i feel as though i am on the right track . Any suggestions to get in the carbs without guilt. ? phase one is VERY LOW carb

You should cut the slimfast out, it's so much sugar!
