What to do now?!


Question: I have pretty much flattened my belly after six months of exercise and a strict diet. I still have some love handles, but they aren't nearly as noticeable as before.

In other words, I'm comfortable! What should I do to keep pushing myself? I let my gym membership run out, and I don't want to run.

However, I am keeping up with my diet (egg whites, veggies, chicken, fish, etc). Will I lose any more weight, or will I maintain until I hit the gym again?

You ought to do some cardio. How about boxing? It tones your whole body and builds stamina.

Rowing is also good. You can also swim for your cardio sessions.

Keep doing weights, squats, lunges, bench dips, situps and push-ups.

Pilates may also help to build strength and keep your body tight.
