crisps...lots of crisps and lots of carbs...bread products are good at that. i should know.
if you wanna get fatter then eat as much as you can!!!
however, if you still want to be healthy (recommended) then just eat more carbs.

Protein shakes and lots of BEEF and MEAT! Put some meat on those bones!

If only I had your problem... :)

i wish that i had the ability to love my body like you do and want to be fatter! if it makes you happy, good for you! eat up!

You must be the only person on the planet who wants to go on weight gain program.

eat macdonalds alot

get weight gainer from gnc. u dont want to eat alot of sweets and unhealthy food, just eat right but more quantities. a huge meal right before you goto sleep.

Your like the perfect weight. Why would you want to ruin that? I would kill to have a body like that.

GIRL IF U WANT TO GAIN FAT EAT UNHEALTHY FOODS AND IN HONEST TRUTH EAT ONE MEAL A DAY. WHEN YOU STARVE YOUR BODY THEN EAT ALOT AT ONE SITTING... YOUR BODY WILL TAKE IN ALL THE FOOD AND STORE IT. OH AND EAT A LOT OF SUGAR STUFF I HEARD THAT'S WHAT REALLY MAKES THE BELLY LOL

ok just eat alot of protein and protein shakes. If you really want to gain weight just eat raw eggs. Have fun (beware of salmonela though.)

drink slim fast with each meal and eat a meal with a lot of carbs .

At the age of 12 you should be asking your parents if it is OK to be gaining weight. It may that your body is just made to be small. I have a son your age and he is 4'5 and 65 pounds (soaking wet). He would like to be taller and bigger, but his dad is 6'1 and 135 pounds i am 5'0 and we wont discuss my wight LOL, the child has my height and his dad's metabolism. He will never get any "fatter" but he may get taller. Talk to your parents. Good Luck.

Your BMI is acutally 19.5 which is considered healthy. This could be inaccurate depending on the amount of lean body mass you have. It is usually pretty close. Unless your percent body fat has been tested and found to be dangerously low then you probably shouldn't be trying to gain fat. If you want to gain weight try to gain muscle mass. You also probably burn much more than 1000 calories a day. Your basal metabolic rate is usually higher than this alone. Your BMR is the amount of calories needed to keep you alive at rest. When you add your activity level you probably burn much more. You should probably be consuming between 1700-2000 calories a day to maintain your weight. Maybe more if you are very very athletic. At 12 years old you should be focused on eating healthy balanced meals and staying active. Gaining excess fat will create numerous health problems in the future. If you are really concerned with gaining or losing weight have your parents take you to a doctor to get a basic health check up and then go to a registered dietician or nutritionist and get personalized advice from them. You are still at a very important developmental stage in your life and should not be taking any chances with your health and growth.

eat while you watch tv, then go to sleep while laying there, wake up and eat more while watching tv crash...well this is good for the weekends especially sundays which are perfect lazy days!
