Can't seem to get rid of this last bit of weight!?!
Question: Was 260lbs on a 5'10 frame...now down to 180lbs. Legs are tone, UPPER body is tone but my mid section is horrible! I play soccer, run 5 miles during my lunch break (takes me 40 minutes), and sometimes I can get a 6 mile run in on a Saturday (depending on schedule). I don't eat that horrible, but I just cannot seem to get rid of this mid-section.
Not looking for "size" but would like to see some abs outline (sure the wife would like to see them too).
Any help/thoughts is greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem where weight in the mid section doesn't respond to regular exercises. I have tried exercises that focus on the abdominal muscles and they help.
Also, there are diets that focus on the mid section too. I recommend that you check out "The Abs Diet" for men at: http://www.absdiet.com/uof/absdiet/30day...

You're doing more than enough cardio I think you need to really focus in on what you're eating.... good luck
