I was thinking about walking but she is a very slow walker so please help us out with some ideas?

have her walk while you run circles around her

Brisk mall walking is always fun.

you coul dbicycle or you could do some yoga!!

It's really adorable you two are doing things together! Last summer mom and I joined Curves together.

For tomorrow... Basketball? Just shoot hoops or something.

walking is a very good idea. hmm... how bout yoga, tennis, basketball, soccer, or jogging around in your neighbourhood would be just as good also.

Well you could always get a few different dvds. Yoga is a good one for when you guys are not in a mood to do something high energy. Jumping rope is a good one. Try going to something like Target and look at the dvd work outs they have, maybe that will give you a wide range of things to do, plus they dont cost that much. If its nice out where you live, what about riding bikes, or even sports like tennis. Maybe you could try walking and try and get her to build up her speed so you can power walk together. I think its great by the way that you and your daughter are working out together!
