Does this seem like a good excercise and food plan for one day?!


Question: breakfast- one piece of plain whole wheat toast,one sunny side up egg, and a bowl of fruit
lunch- serving of soup [not creamy] and saltines
snack- carrots and low fat dip
dinner- chicken, veggies, and rice pilaf
*i'll drink water, fat free milk, and v8 v-fusion during the day

excercise- run 1/2 mile
jump rope 30 minutes
play soccer[30-45 min]

Oh, yes, it's a great one.
Don't forget to do, instead of big meals, smaller meals, spaced evenly throughout the day. That will boost up your metabolism.
