Deffinately don't crash diet. You'll get really really sick. A few of my friends have tried that. One of them got really dehydrated and ended up having to go to the hospital with an iv in her arm giving her water.

Or, when you start eating normally again, you will risk feeling really nautious and find it hard to eat.

Instead do what I did, and drink lots and lots of water. Trade any kind of fats for foods with lower sugar, however dont avoid sugar, you will burn out very fast. Eat salad with no cheese and no ranch dressing. Stick with something such as Italian. And no junk food.

Try sit ups. They worked for me too.

Try listening to music that makes you want to dance, run, or makes you happy, and then just do sit ups until you can't possibly stand it anymore. Try not to count how many you're doing. It makes it a lot harder.

Crash diet

eat nothing but salads and water and fish and milk shakes and do pilates and walk and jumping jakes or and dance hip hop

Okay the first thing you got to do is stop eating pretzells and eat low fat soup (trust me done it lost 16 pounds and i still do it)

Lop off a limb!! A plus is the sympathy factor!

combine exercise with 5 to 7 small meals a day (to help curb your hunger).
try to add workouts into everyday routines, something you can do on the go, like ab squeezes, or bicep curl a water bottle or something.

Diet is most important, try eating lean proteins (chicken, fish, shrimp) and fruits and veggies. The fruits will curb a craving, especially grapes. The veggies will fill you up. Then exercise for 1 hr a day for 6 days a week. Eat between 1500 and 1800 calories a day, I aim for 1800 and I never feel hungry, the weight will melt off (I run). 1 to 2 lbs a week is healthy. ok seriously don't look at all the huge guys on their this product has been proven to work with women, my girlfriend takes it before competitions and so have I and it has worked for both of us.
