How to tone the inner and back parts of your thighs?!

Question: I have recently started working out on my legs. I've been doing squats and bicycles and I have noticed the soreness on my upper thighs. But...there is no soreness on my inner thighs or the back part of the thighs. What exercises can I do to tone these up as well?

Do exercise which will help the adductors and the abductors grow. The lying on your side and slowly raising and lowering the leg that is on top helps.

Also see your gym trainer and ask her or him which machines or which part of the bow flex will help with these muscles.

Just losing weight in general will help and running. It's kinda hard to work you inner thighs without special equipment but if you have a exercise ball, (they are amazing GET ONE) you can put it between your legs and squeeze tightly. It works!
